Pleasing God by Living Holy Lives

1 Thessalonians 4:1-8. Our goal in life should be to live such holy lives that God is pleased. God's standards of holiness are to be our standards. That is true regardless of opinions and lifestyles that are contrary to those standards. Paul made a specific and needed application of this holiness principle. To please God, we must follow His ethics in every area of life. To insure that we are practicing holiness, we must be committed to God's ethics.
