FORGE is can be both a noun and a verb.  As a noun, it is the location of intense heat where metal is made more mold-able in preparation for it’s final form.  Without going into the FORGE, metal will forever be a chunk of basic elemental items with no real purpose, but after some time in the FORGE, it is ready to be shaped and prepared for specific use by its maker.

As a verb, it means “to form or make, especially through concentrated effort.”
 
These FORGE groups are  created with both of those meanings in mind.  As men made by God – husbands, fathers, students, leaders, brothers, sons, and more – we have unlimited potential to do immeasurable things for the Kingdom, but only after we allow our Father to mold us and shape us in the heat of the FORGE. Within these groups, one of our goals is to create  an atmosphere of “concentrated effort” in making men men again
